How long until my order is dispatched?

We aim to process and ship all orders the same day of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes.

Can I amend shipping information once have submitted my order ?

Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address - unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake. What we can do is withhold the stock (for a maximum of two weeks), cancel the order and allow you to purchase the item again. You can then refund your original order. The refund takes up to 10 days if bought on a credit/debit card.

How can I track my order ?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information. If the service is available, our shipping partner UPS© will give you a one hour window in which your order will be delivered.

How can I return my order ?

If one or more products need to be returned to CHMPS ?! PARISSE (size problem, snag, exchange...) they must be the subject of a return request to the seller (by email or phone) within 14 days of the delivery date. We only accept exchanges for another size and do not refund. You will receive precise instructions on how to proceed with the return in the best conditions. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted. The return can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels ...).

The return costs are at the expense of the buyer.

NON-EU customers shipping information

Our shipments are DAP (delivery at place), meaning that it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery. Import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country. CHMPS ?! PARISSE has no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the charge would be, as customs policies vary from country-to-country. Please note that customers take full liability for all eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
